Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all trade through our web – pro-railng.nu and Profilshop’s webshop gelaendershop.dk.

All prices in our webshop are incl. VAT and charges in Danish kroner (DKK) as standard.

You can choose to display prices in several currencies in the webshop.
All offers from the supplier are valid for 30 days from the offer date after which it lapses.

Orders can only be made by persons over the age of 18 years.
Ordering of goods is binding by written order, order by e-mail or confirmation in the webshop.
Ordering custom made orders based on consumer’s specifications nd measures cannot be cancelled.

Payment terms
The terms apply where no other written agreements have been entered into between you as the buyer and the supplier.
After we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation per. Email when your order is processed.
Payment for ordered goods can be done online using card or by bank transfer or directly to the bank transfer provider.
The card information is transmitted encrypted between the customer and the supplier.

However, personal information (name, address, etc.) is not encrypted.

Payment terms are invoice dates, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. The invoice is shipped before shipment of the ordered, so that the shipment can be made by delivery date, so no delivery time will occur.

Payment of custom made orders over Euro 3.000 based on the customer’s measures falls in two rates:

1st rate is a deposit which amounts to 50% of the total purchase price incl. freight.

The amount will be transferred to our account, 3409 – 12886357 when you place order.

2nd rate represents the remaining 50% of the total purchase price incl. freight.

When you place your order, you agree that the 2nd rate is transferred concurrently with billing and shipping of the goods.

Payment of rates can be made online by online bank transfer. (without charge)
Payment will be transferred manually to Danske Bank 3409 – 12886357

Products ordered in the webshop can be paid with:
Bank transfer – Ongoing with shipment
Dankort & Visa / Dankort (0,00 kr.)
Euro / MasterCard, Visa, Visa / Electron, Maestro (0,00 kr.)

Profilshop Danmark ApS retains the ownership of the sold until full and final payment has taken place.

Privacy Policy

Personal Data Act PUL

According to the Personal Data Act (1998: 2004), no registration of personal data is allowed without the consent of the person. You are entitled to access your personal information that is registered with us. If the registered information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you are entitled to request that the data be corrected or deleted.

You have full access to your stored address details under your registered account with us, which is also fully customizable. If you would like us to disclose information to you from our registry, it is required by the Personal Data Act that you submit a signed request to Profilshop.

Delivery time and transportation
Delivery of goods from Profilshop is deemed to have taken place after the consumer has received the goods.
Shipping of goods takes place with DB Scencker, or local freight forwarders or like PostNord.

Delivery to “non-connected islands" takes place according to involved carriers routes and plan.
The freight price requires that the freight carrier can deliver the order at the first exit and acknowledge receipt at the time of receipt.

You may authorize the shipment to be made without acknowledgment and at your sole discretion.

Delivery is done at the front door / carport. Other place of departure can be stated in connection with the booking.
For delivery on fx. to Bornholm and other non-connected islands as well as abroad, a special transport surcharge is charged depending on the involved carriers price.

The collection at our warehouse address is free – regardless of the shipping weight.

Documentation and guidance
If there are product descriptions and user manuals for the product, they are included or can be downloaded from the supplier’s website or webshop.
It is possible to mount the supplier’s products in several different ways. Several conditions are relevant when it comes to the correct assembly, including your specific house construction.
Therefore, our assembly instructions are for guidance only and Profilshop is not responsible for, assembly, disassembly and / or reassembly of delivered goods, fitted by 3rd man.

Refund and returning Policy
Profilshop provides 14 days of returning when shopping at pro-railing.nu and gelaendershop.dk, pursuant to section §19 of the Consumer Agreement Act, Consumer Right.

If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid, returned back from us.
The notification must be given by sending an email to info@pro-railing.nu by using our return form (found in the footer section of our webshop) or by calling us at +45 22989100 and in your notice, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are required to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it has been received to Prosfilhop’s address. You must bear the costs of returning the item yourself.
If the product has been used, a concrete assessment must be made of what the item is used or can be sold to another consumer.
In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this amount will be deducted.
You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Goods excepted for refund
The following product types are excluded from the right of withdrawal or refund:
Railing orders which are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications, consumer’s measures or has been clearly customized according to the consumers wishes, and is therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal.

This applies, for example, to all glass panels cut to measurements. This also applies to all profiles lists and others cut to measures according to consumers wishes.

Warranty Policy
The buyer is obliged to investigate the goods delivered for shipping damage and visible errors / shortcomings immediately upon receipt. If you notice a mistake / glass damage, it is important that you contact the supplier and show the damage with photo documentation before commencement of assembly.
The Supplier can not in any way be liable for loss of service, loss of work or any other direct or indirect loss in the event of a factory defect or shipping damage.
The customer has 2 years of warranty on delivered goods in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Sales Act.
The risk of goods purchased by the supplier passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. You can only complain about errors that occur before and no later than two years after you have received the item. For goods with limited durability, your complaint is limited by the shelf life period. Profilshop accepts the responsibility arising from the legislation currently in force, but does not assume any liability to any extent. Profilshop is not responsible for assembly or reassembly of delivered goods.
For further information or advice from the supplier, this is of an indicative nature. If the complaint is justified and, incidentally, advertised in good time by the customer, the following applies:
Please note that defects due to assembly, malfunction, malfunction or malfunction are not covered by our warranty and warranty terms.

Disclaimer and responsibility
Gelændershop does not compensate for the payment of craftsmen, renting cranes, scaffolding, daycare, discounts or incurring other expenses due to defects, defects or other defects.
Delivery delays may occur due to defects or in production, damage to storage or during delivery.
The delivery date on the website is an estimated delivery date.

Therefore, we always recommend that you wait by ordering installers until you have received your goods.

As mentioned in the Glass industry’s publications “Laminated Glass" and “Glassware", delamination / discoloration of laminated glass may occur rarely in outdoor use, with exposed edges.
The PVB foil used between the glasses has a “hygroscopic" effect, which means that it absorbs moisture from the environment. Therefore, unclear / discolouration may occur in the outer areas of the glass / peripheral zones.
The above is only a visual problem and does not affect the safety features of the glass.
Profilshop Denmark can not guarantee that discoloration can not occur on laminated glass in an external application.
However Profilshop guarantees laminated glass with EVE foil for 7 years if mounet according to “Glasindustriens" guidance and recomendations.

The supplier determines that relevant products comply with the CE marking requirements.
